Heat – Ventilation – Plumbing – Refrigeration – Electrical – Measurement, Control and Regulation Technology
We have been commissioned by the Autohaus Reisacher Group to perform nearly all of the technical finishing trades in the 36,000 square-metre dealership, one of the most modern in Germany. In addition to heat, ventilation, plumbing and refrigeration technology, this also includes all electrical work as well as the measurement, control and regulation technology.
Thanks to our innovative energy concept, the building sets new standards in terms of sustainability and energy efficiency. The heating and cooling set-up at the new dealership is saving resources thanks to district heating, geothermal energy and concrete core activation. In addition, the building uses a photovoltaic system measuring nearly 3,000 m² to produce its own power. Intelligent energy accumulators ensure the needs-based usage of this power.
Construction work for the new location in Augsburg is already in full swing and is scheduled to be complete by mid-2020.
